| Overall objective: To support prevention and countering VERLT in the Republic of North Macedonia through a “whole-of-society” approach for improved citizens’ security and resilience against these phenomena.
Specific objectives: 1. To engage in effective cooperation with all relevant national institutions for continuous exchange of information and joint implementation of better P/CVERLT initiatives; 2. To help build local community resilience against VERLT; 3. To assist the rehabilitation and reintegration efforts in the country for the vulnerable groups (foreign fighters returnees, convicted criminals); 4. To promote youth resilience against VERLT and address specific youth development challenges in the country; |
5. To support responsible and professional reporting in all media for improved overall public awareness about P/CVERLT.
